The peanut sheller is composed of a frame, a fan, a rotor, a single-phase motor, a screen (in two sizes), a feed hopper, a vibrating screen, a V-belt pulley and its drive V-belt. After the machines and tools are in normal operation, the peanuts are put into the feed hopper quantitatively, evenly and continuously, and the peanut shells are broken under the repeated impact, friction and collision of the rotor. Under the rotating wind pressure and blow of the rotor, the peanuts and broken peanut shells pass through the screen with a certain aperture (the large aperture screen is used for the secondary threshing of peanuts, and the cleaned small peel fruit is replaced by the small aperture screen for the second threshing). At this time, the peanut shells and grains are used by the blowing force of the rotating fan, and the light peanut shells are blown out of the machine, and the peanuts are screened through the vibrating screen to achieve the purpose of cleaning.
