This is a diesel powered peanut sheller. After the machine operates normally, the peanuts are quantitatively, evenly, and continuously fed into the feed hopper. The peanuts are broken under the repeated impact, friction, and collision of the rotor. The peanuts and broken peanut shells are filtered through a certain aperture sieve under the rotating wind pressure and impact of the rotor. Under the action of the blowing force of the rotating fan, the peanut shells and seeds are blown out of the machine, while the heavier peanut seeds are screened through a vibrating screen to achieve the purpose of cleaning.

Peanut cutting machine is also called a walnut chopper, hazelnut crusher.
The main function is to cut the nuts into different sizes for use in the food processing industry.
Applicable: hazelnuts, walnuts, cashew nuts, macadamia nuts, peanuts, and other nuts.
This machine has 3 systems: feeding system, chopping system, screening system.
If the customer wants to change the size of a chopped nut, just adjust the working speed of the conveyor.
