By adjusting the internal structure and pressure of the machine, corn, wheat, and rice can be peeled and processed. The material is squeezed, peeled, embryo removed, black navel removed, and crushed between the rotating drum and the sieve. Under the action of wind, the kernel and bran are separated. Corn peeling is clean, without black navel, with uniform particles and a smooth and round appearance.

1.The machine includes 5 parts: charge hopper, hulling case, transmission device, separating device, and machinery rack.
2.The corn comes in to machine through charging hopper, and then come to hulling case by the screw propeller.
3.The hulling case can produce big pressure, the germ and bran of corn can be peeled off by the friction between roller and sieve.
4.The peeling machine has a small volume and occupies a small area, saving production space.
5.High production efficiency, single machine can achieve peeling and polishing, with good peeling effect.
